For the first party, the supplier of the products, SCID Slowdesign S.L, whose trade name is The Eleven House (hereinafter also the supplier), with its registered offices at C/ Marquès de Robert , 5, 17113, Peratallada, Tax Code B-55263958, CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPLINE: 972 96 60 51, and email: info@theelevenhouse.com, hereby displays the contractual document that will govern the purchase of products via the aforementioned website.

And, for the other party, the USER-CUSTOMER (hereinafter the User), registered on the website by means of a user name and password, for which the User is fully responsible in terms of their use and safekeeping, being liable for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the supplier.

BOTH ACCEPT this document, which implies that the user:

a. Has read, understood and comprehends what is stated herein.
b. Is of legal age and has sufficient capacity to enter into contracts.
c. Assumes all obligations hereunder.
d. Has read and accepts these general conditions of purchase from the time any product offered is bought.

These terms and conditions will be valid indefinitely and will be applicable to all contracts taken out via the supplier´s website: www.theelevenhouse.com.

3.2 PRODUCT INFORMATION: The information contained in our advertising, our brochures or other written material on our website or provided to you constitutes an invitation to make a purchase. The contents of WWW.THEELEVENHOUSE.COM are constantly renewed and updated to offer our customers the most complete and detailed information possible. All the contractual information present on WWW.THEELEVENHOUSE.COM is shown in Spanish and communication with customers and users, as well as the formalisation of the contract, will be carried outin this language, although, if the customer so wishes, it can be carried out in Catalan or another language, always indicating this before starting to enter into a contract.

3.3 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: There may be occasions when it is impossible to supply all the products because they are not in stock or available at the time of purchase. In such cases, the product in question will be visible but not available for purchase.

3.4 FRAUD: Should SCID Slowdesign S.L suspect or detect any anomaly or fraud, it reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

3.5 ORDERS 24/7: The timetable for receiving orders is twenty-four (24) hours a day, three hundred and sixty-five (365) days a year. Orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and dispatched the next business day.

RETURNS



You have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to execute the right of withdrawal, return or exchange , except in the case of fresh and / or perishable products that due to their own characteristics may deteriorate or expire quickly, ready-made products in accordance with the CLIENT´s specifications or clearly personalized and / or sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery . The right of withdrawal, return or exchange will not be applicable to said products.

If a product arrives defective or damaged , you must make a claim for the products within 24 hours of receiving the order. The exchange will be made for the same product, and the product in poor condition must always be sent to our warehouses at no cost to the customer.

If a product is defective and it is returned for our subsequent verification, but finally the product is not defective according to subsequent analyzes, the costs of returning the product to our warehouses and its subsequent return to the customer´s address must be assumed by the same.

In this sense, to exercise the right of withdrawal, return or exchange of the purchased product, the following conditions must be met:

- The product must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging . Likewise, it must not have been opened, unsealed or used.
- It must be returned in the same condition in which it was received with its original packaging intact.
- The return can be made by sending by certified ordinary mail to the address that will be shown in the exchange process, or that we attach to the original shipment. The customer must bear the costs of shipping the product.
- In case you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must also send us the withdrawal document duly completed and signed.
- In the event of a return, if the total amount of the products purchased and not returned does not exceed the minimum amount so that shipping costs are not applied (€ 32), the recipient must also take charge of the original shipping costs of the first Shipping.


WITHDRAWAL



The CLIENT, in relation to those orders that do not contain fresh and / or perishable products that due to their own characteristics may deteriorate or expire quickly, products made according to the CLIENT´s specifications or clearly personalized and / or sealed goods that are not suitable for be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that the CLIENT or a third party indicated by him, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the CLIENT must notify us of his decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, by phone or email), or by sending it to SCID Slowdesign S.L, domiciled at C/Marqués de Robert,5, Peratallada, Spain, to the email address info@theelevenhouse.com or by phone 972966051.

You can use the model withdrawal form that you can download here, although its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.


Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal by the CUSTOMER, we will refund all payments received for the purchase, including delivery costs (with the exception of the shipping costs of the return resulting from the choice by the CUSTOMER of a different delivery method to the least expensive form of ordinary delivery that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the CLIENT for the initial transaction, unless the CLIENT has expressly provided otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may retain the refund until we have received the Products, or until the CLIENT has submitted proof of their return, depending on which condition is met first.

The CLIENT must return or deliver the goods directly to SCID Slowdesign S.L,C/Marqués de Robert,5, Peratallada, Spain, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The term will be considered fulfilled if you return the goods before said term has expired.

The CLIENT must assume the direct cost of returning the Product, understood to be the cost of returning the product to our warehouses.

The CUSTOMER will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the Products purchased.


RETURN



If the purchased product presents a manufacturing or quality defect, or in case of loss of products by the courier , the CLIENT may request its return and / or replacement, within 14 calendar days after the acquisition of material possession of the product. In this case, we will take care of collecting the defective or missing product and we will send you another identical product at no additional cost to the CUSTOMER. If the CUSTOMER wants the money back, he must claim the defective or missing product within 24 hours after receiving his order. If you claim later and do not wish to replace the product, the entire amount paid for the defective product will be paid in a discount code to use in your next orders.
Returns of jewelry and costume jewelery products are not accepted. In case of breakage due to a factory defect and not due to misuse, the claim time is a maximum of three months from the day of purchase.

Products for personal use such as headbands, hairpins, combs, brushes and other hair accessories do not accept changes or returns.

The products in liquidation, in promotion and / or discounted do not accept changes or returns.

CHANGES



To request a product change, as long as they are not orders that include fresh and / or perishable products that due to their own characteristics may deteriorate or expire quickly, products made according to the CLIENT´s specifications or clearly personalized and / or sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery. Exchanges of jewelry and costume jewelery are also not accepted. The CUSTOMER must contact customer service WITHIN 14 calendar days after acquiring material possession of the product. Shipping and collection costs in case of change will be borne by the CUSTOMER. Postage due will not be accepted in any case.
